For the ham fritters, cook the fritters in hot water until al dente. Cut the thinly sliced bacon into cubes and fry briefly in a coated pan.

Then add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Finally, add the finely chopped partame and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the cream with an egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the bacon, the meatballs and the cream. Butter a baking dish and fill with the bacon and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
