For the breadcrumbs, lift the cooked boiling meat out of the still hot soup and cut into thin slices. Melt butter in a pan, mix in breadcrumbs and fry briefly.

In another pan, fry onion cut into rings in hot butter or oil until crispy. Spread butter crumbs and fried onion over the arranged beef slices and serve the breadcrumb meat as a small snack or appetizer.
