For the chocolate hearts, place the silicone heart mold on a board and place a white chocolate heart in each well.

Then slowly melt the cocoa butter in a saucepan. Once melted, immediately remove from heat and whisk in the remaining ingredients.

When everything is well mixed, pour the chocolate mixture into the silicone molds. Cool for 2 hours and then press the chocolate hearts out of the molds.
