Instructions:

Hard boil eggs, rinse, peel and chop. Remove fins, skin and bones from mackerel. Pour milk over white bread and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove and squeeze. Peel and quarter apple and onion. Puree all ingredients except eggs and herbs in a blender. Stir in the chopped eggs. Chop herbs and sprinkle on top.
