For the homemade raspberry vinegar, the raspberries are first sorted and then (unwashed) filled into a jar, where they are poured over with the vinegar and wine.

The prepared raspberries must now rest for a week until the liquid turns pink, for optimal flavor development.

After the resting period, strain the raspberries and boil the liquid over low heat for 10 minutes before bottling the raspberry vinegar.
