Instructions:

First, cut the meat loaf into four equal slices.

Finely grind the Kornspitz in a blender.

Turn the slices of liver cheese in flour, then pull them through the beaten egg and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.

Heat the fat in a frying pan and fry the breaded pieces of liver cheese over about half the heat until nicely browned all over.

Drain briefly on paper towels and serve.
