For the curd cheese loaf, refine the curd cheese with the sieve. Separate the egg yolks and whites and beat the yolks with sugar until they become lighter in color.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Stir the egg yolk with sugar into the curd.

Fold in the beaten egg whites. The beaten egg whites must be stirred in very slowly and carefully.

Dust the workstation with flour. Using a spoon, shape a quantity of curd into a loaf and roll in the flour.

Proceed in this way with the whole curd mixture. If necessary, add the already formed loafs to the flour again, so that they keep the nice shape.

Pour oil into the hot pan and fry the curd cheese loafs.
