A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Knead all ingredients for the dough. Leave to cool for approx. 30 min. Roll out dough on a little bit of flour. Cut out cookies (4 cm ø). Bake on a greased baking tray in a heated oven (225 °C) for about 10 minutes. Cool on a baking tray.

Let fat melt. Stir through one third of rum, powdered sugar, cocoa flavoring and egg. Gently fold in fat. Spread half of the cookies with chocolate cream. Place remaining cookies on top. Mix remaining powdered sugar and egg white until smooth. Coat cookies with it. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, pistachios or colored sugar sprinkles.
