Instructions:

For the whole spelt pasta, first cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions.

In the meantime, finely chop the spring onions and sauté in olive oil. Add garlic.

Cut the green asparagus into 2 cm pieces, add to the pan and fry until done. Add cocktail tomatoes as well until they burst open.

Pour the vegetables over the wholemeal pasta and dress with Parmesan and basil.
