Rinse the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into quarters or eighths, removing the stalk. Peel garlic clove and chop finely. Clean the spring onions and cut them into diagonal rolls.

Peel cucumber and cut into slices. Pluck off mint leaves, arrange on a platter with the cucumber slices with mint, tomatoes and onions.

Mix yogurt with feta cheese and curd cheese, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and arrange in the middle of the lettuce.
