Carefully rinse the cucumber, slice very finely, mix with a little salt and drain in a sieve for 20 min. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Peel the avocado, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the pit and cut the flesh into decorative pieces. Immediately mix with the juice of one lemon. Finely chop mint except for a few leaves. Mix yogurt with garlic, cumin, salt and mint until smooth. Squeeze cucumber well. Set aside a small amount of cucumber, tomatoes and avocado, and gently mix the rest into the yogurt. Garnish with remaining tomato, avocado, cucumber and mint.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
