Instructions:

For tarte flambée with paprika and raw ham, first prepare the dough. For this, knead flour with water, salt and oil to a smooth dough.

Cut the peppers into small pieces.

Roll out the dough thinly, spread with crème fraîche, bell pepper pieces and raw ham on top.

Bake the tarte flambée with peppers and raw ham at 200 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
