For the potato goulash, peel the onion and cut into pieces. Heat the butter in a pot and fry the onion until translucent.

Cut the thickly sliced cheese sausage into pieces and fry. Add paprika powder and tomato paste, roast briefly and deglaze with plenty of water.

Peel and cut the potatoes and add. Season with salt, herb salt, pepper, Maggikraut, caraway and marjoram and simmer gently until the potatoes are firm to the bite.

Cut meat or roast leftovers into small pieces and add. Mix sour cream with flour, stir smooth with part of the sauce and stir everything into the goulash. Thicken the potato goulash with it.

Before serving, wash, drain and chop the parsley. Mix in and sprinkle on the goulash. Serve.
