Instructions:

Mark halves of peel with serrations. Cut flesh into pieces.

Rinse and clean the celeriac. Cut the stalks into narrow strips.

Remove seeds and stem base from pepper. Cut into narrow strips. Mix all the cut ingredients together.

Mix mayo with remaining marinade ingredients and season well.

Fill the salad ingredients into the grapefruit halves. Pour marinade on top and garnish with coctail cherries and shrimp.
