Instructions:

Peel apples, remove core and cut apples into 1 cm slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and drizzle with rum.

Mix flour and baking powder. Mix egg and beer, stir slowly into flour until a smooth dough is formed. Dip apple slices into the batter and bake until golden brown on both sides. Bring to the table hot.
