Instructions:

Prepare the dough for the vanilla doughnuts. Mix flour and vanilla powder, add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Now divide the dough into quarters and form 4 rolls about 30 cm long, then cut into equal widths. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160° for about 12 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar with the vanilla sugar and roll the vanilla doughnuts in it.
