Instructions:

For the chocolate cake, melt the chocolate coating in a water bath. Grease two heat-resistant molds with butter and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Beat the butter with a mixer until creamy, beat in the egg and mix well until the mixture is light yellow to white. Then stir in the flour, sugar and the melted chocolate.

Pour the finished batter into the greased molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Once the mini cakes are ready, remove them from the oven and immediately turn them out onto a plate.

Finally, decorate with vanilla ice cream and blueberries and top with the chocolate sauce!
