Instructions:

For the chocolate tart with apricot jam, first prepare the base. Beat the egg with the sugar until foamy.

Melt the chocolate coating together with the butter and stir into the egg. Then stir in the flour, milk, baking powder and cocoa powder.

For the chocolate layer, boil the milk and whipped cream once. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate coating, apricot jam and sugar.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and empty the chocolate mixture onto the eggs, then mix well.

Pour the base mixture into a cake pan lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Pour the second chocolate mixture on top and bake in the oven at 160 °C for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and portion into small pieces. Garnish the chocolate tart with a little powdered sugar and fresh mint as desired.
