Instructions:

Remove all skins from liver, cut into fine cubes. Melt butter in a medium frying pan, sauté onion, add liver and roast well. Pour in the stock, add the sour cream, simmer briefly and remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. It goes best with bread dumplings.
