For the broccoli porridge, clean and wash the broccoli, divide the florets and dice. Peel and dice the potatoes.

Heat water and cook vegetable cubes in it until soft. Add oat flakes and boil the vegetable porridge while stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, stir in apple juice and oil and finely puree broccoli porridge.
