A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Prepare a sponge from the ingredients for the dough as usual and bake in a cake springform pan and cool.

Prepare a cream from the ingredients for the filling.

Divide the cooled cake twice with a strong twine and spread the layers with the cream. Place on top of each other again and garnish as desired (icing or other).
