For the pork tenderloins, preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius and place the roasting pan in the oven to warm up. Trim the pork fillets, that is, remove the silver skin with a sharp knife.

Now season the meat well all around with salt and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until crispy – about 5 minutes per side.

Now place the meat in the warmed roasting pan and place in the oven. The cooking time is 80-90 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into slices.
