For fist-pumping potatoes, preheat the oven to 220° Celsius. Put the potatoes on a tray and sprinkle with salt. Place in the oven preheated to 220° C.
Heat the oil with the garlic and set aside.
When the potatoes are cooked (after about 40 minutes, depending on their size) and the skin begins to crack, remove the tray and give each potato a blow with your fist.
Place them on a plate and pour the garlic oil over them.
Serve the fist punch potatoes sprinkled with parsley.
