Mix onions, cinnamon, ground beef, salt and pepper in a baking bowl until well combined. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls and set aside. Put 1 l water, peas and lentils in a large saucepan and boil. Simmer gently for 20 minutes. Add the spring onions, salt, meatballs, pepper and parsley and continue to gently simmer for another 20 min. Add the noodles and continue to cook gently for another 15 minutes. Add water to taste. Sprinkle with mint and serve hot.
