For the black pasta salad, cook the pasta until al dente, drain and allow to cool.
Cut the ham into fine strips or cubes. Cut the basil into thin strips.
Mix yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream and tomato juice properly, season with parsley, fruit vinegar, basil, pepper and salt.
Mix ham, peppers, peas and quartered tomatoes and add to pasta. Gently fold in and pour the dressing over the top, mix loosely and let sit in the ice chest for an hour.
Serve the black pasta salad sprinkled with herbs.
