Instructions:

For the onion roast, cut the edges of the meat at the fat edge so that the meat does not curl when browned. Heat oil, salt and pepper meat and turn in flour.

Cut onion into noodles and fry in oil, fish out and set aside.

Sear roast on both sides, pour soup and add onions again. Simmer until meat is tender (about 20 minutes).
