For the Woodys Cheese Biscuits, wash the carrots and grate very finely. Grate the cheese finely as well.

Mix flour, oatmeal, carrots, cheese, egg with enough water to make a compact dough. It should not be liquid. Let it stand for about an hour so that the oatmeal can swell.

If necessary, add more water and roll out on a baking paper to the size of a baking tray. Using a pastry wheel, wheel grooves lengthwise and crosswise so that you can easily break about 1 cm² cookies after baking.

Bake the Woodys cheese cookies at 150 °C convection oven for 1 hour. The cookies should be light brown at the most. The goal of baking is to dry them completely, they should no longer be chewy.

I always leave them open, then they dry even more. Only completely dry cookies do not spoil so quickly.
