For homemade vanilla yogurt with stevia, first mix inulin and stevioside. For this recipe, of course, much less of this mixture is needed, just store the rest in a well-sealed container.

Preheat the oven to 40 °C. Bring the milk to 45 °C. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into jars. Place in the oven on overnight without lids.

The next day, screw the lids on the jars. Keep homemade vanilla yogurt with stevia refrigerated until ready to use.
