Instructions:

For the base, grind the butter cookies and mix them neatly with the melted butter. Place a cake ring (28 cm ø) on a cake plate, pour in the amount and press it well to form an even cake base.

The filling consists of several layers: For the bottom layer, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and milk until smooth and pour this amount on the cake base and smooth it.

Spread the ground hazelnuts evenly on top. At the beginning, sprinkle the edge well, so that later the nut layer is visible from the outside. Whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and carefully spread on top of the nuts.

Extensively peel three of the oranges so that the white skin is removed. Cut the oranges into slices about half a cm thick. Peel the kiwis as well and cut them into slices in the same way. Arrange the fruits on the cake, first making a border of orange slices and then placing an orange slice in the center. In the remaining space, arrange the kiwis in a circle. Squeeze the unpeeled oranges, measure out an eighth of a liter of juice and add an eighth of a liter of water. Make a cake glaze from it according to package directions, spread it evenly over the cake by the spoonful and set.

Tip: Chill the cake in the refrigerator for one to 120 minutes before serving.
