For the fish in an apple bed with a curry topping, peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until not too soft. Let cool and then cut into thin slices.

Core apples with an apple corer and cut into thin slices.

Chop peppers into small cubes.

Whip the cream until stiff, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Carefully mix the cream and snow together with the curry powder, salt and egg yolk.

Arrange the apple and potato slices alternately like a roof tile in an ovenproof dish, place the fish fillets on top and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Sprinkle the pepperoni on top and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the egg-white-cream mixture on top and bake the fish in the apple bed with curry hood in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
