For the turkey curry, lightly fry the onion in the oil, add the meat and brown. Sauté the curry powder, then mix in the vegetables and pour in the water and coconut milk.

Add the curry paste and seasoning sauces and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, fold in the apple cubes and cover the turkey curry to finish steaming.
