Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry ham strips until crispy. Fry garlic briefly.

Add soup and saffron, bring to a boil. Add cream and parmesan, stir, keep warm with closed lid on the turned off plate.

Make pasta al dente, drain, return to the same frying pan, mix in saffron cream, bring to the table.

Serve with: Leaf salad.

Tip: always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
