Instructions:

Mix the milk with the sifted flour and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Separate the eggs and add the egg yolk, mix well.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and fold into the dough.

Mix in the dried raisins.

Heat butter in a large frying pan, pour in the batter and let it brown briefly on the underside.

Now bake in heated oven over medium heat for 10 minutes more. Tear into pieces with two forks and sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar.
