Cut the muenster cheese into quarters and place in a large enough bowl. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Stir into the crem fraiche. Pour the crem fraiche over the muenster quarters form and refrigerate with the lid closed for 24 hours, but do not chill (Do not refrigerate). Place the muenster quarters with the crem fraiche on plates and serve with cooked, peeled potatoes and raw ham.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
