For the semolina pancake with fresh fruit, first bring butter, milk, both sugars, salt and lime zest to a boil. Add the semolina while stirring constantly. Stir in the raisins. Simmer until the mixture has thickened.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease an ovenproof dish. Pour in the semolina and place in the oven for 5-10 minutes. In between, keep tearing it with a fork and turning it over.

In the meantime, wash the fruit if necessary and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Serve the semolina pancake with fresh fruit and a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
