For the rice pudding with apple and rum raisins, cover the raisins with rum and leave to infuse overnight. The next day, wash the apple and cut into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3.5 hours. Every hour, briefly open the lid and stir.

At the end of the cooking time, either enjoy immediately hot or put in a bowl and let cool.
