For the caramelized berries:







For the caramelized pineapple:






For the custard:






Instructions:

For caramelized fruit, peel the pineapple, remove the stalk, cut into wedges, then cut into small slices.

Put sugar in a pan, melt the sugar over high heat, add butter, orange juice and pineapple, bring everything to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sugar is dissolved.

Do the same with the berries.

For the custard: mix a few spoonfuls of milk with the custard powder and vanilla sugar.

Heat the remaining milk, add sugar, bring to a boil and stir in the custard powder, let cool. Put fruit on a plate, add vanilla sauce, sprinkle Oreokeks on top.
