Instructions:

Remove peel from potatoes and dice. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Add the potatoes, leek and garlic to the vegetable soup and bring to the boil. Soften the vegetables in max. half an hour. Then mash and pass through a sieve. Add Noilly Prat and crème fraîche and blend with a hand blender. Serve sprinkled with fresh chervil.
