For Baked Cauliflower, divide cauliflower into manageable pieces and cook in salted water until al dente. Quench in cold water.

Then whisk 3 egg whites with the milk in a deep dish and put half full of breadcrumbs in a 2nd dish.

Dip the cauliflower first in egg white milk all around, then roll in the breadcrumbs. Then fry in fat until floating.

Always add salt to baked cauliflower before serving. It goes very well with fried potatoes.
