For the breadcrumb cauliflower, wash cauliflower, cut into florets, season with nutmeg and cook in salted water until crisp.

Melt butter in a pan, add breadcrumbs and toast lightly. Turn the cauliflower in breadcrumbs.

Serve the breadcrumb cauliflower sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
