For the apple-pear jam, peel the apples and pears, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Add lemon juice, cinnamon and jam sugar and boil for about 4 minutes. Make a jelly test.

Remove the cinnamon bark and immediately fill the hot apple-pear jam into glasses.
