Rhubarb Apple Compote From the Steamer

For the rhubarb and apple compote, peel and chop the rhubarb and apples.

Mix with the rest of the ingredients in an unperforated steamer basket and steam at 100° C until soft.

Serve the finished rhubarb-apple compote warm or cold.
