Instructions:

Heat the oil hot in a pot and add the rice.

Add the curry powder and honey and mix well. Sauté briefly. But not too long, otherwise the curry powder will make the dish bitter.

Add the frozen vegetables to the rice and sauté again. Pour in the water (make sure that the honey “dissolves” well) and season with salt, pepper and vegetable soup powder.

Steam the rice with the lid halfway on until the water is absorbed. Stir again and again.

Finish the rice with a piece of butter.
