Instructions:

Steam the fennel until very soft, then mix with the cream and the soaked gelatine and finally stir in the 70 g Sorbet Fredo. Freeze the ice cream mixture in a bowl in the freezer. Important: Stir the mixture every half hour – for creaminess. Serve the fennel ice cream in a porcelain bowl or in a tall glass.
