Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Rinse the fish fillets, dry them, season with salt and sprinkle with half of the lemon juice.

Melt the butter or light butter. Grind the nuts and pumpkin seeds, chop the dill. Mix the melted fat with breadcrumbs, nuts, remaining juice of one lemon, dill and a little salt and pepper.

Place the fish fillets on the greased baking sheet so that each unit forms a fish outline. Spread the crumb mixture evenly on the “fish”, bake them in the oven for about 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown (gas: level 2).

Serve with French fries or mashed potatoes.
