Instructions:

Lunch: Make whole wheat spaghetti according to package directions. Sauté finely chopped onion in soybean oil. Boil ripe tomatoes, remove peel, chop and sauté. Stir milk and wholemeal flour, add to vegetable form and boil once. Season with pepper, herbs, paprika powder and a little iodized salt.

For the leaf salad, rinse lettuce leaves thoroughly. Cook a dressing on juice of one lemon, soybean oil, salt, sugar and chopped herbs.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything at hand!
