Cut the liver cheese in half, heat the oil in a frying pan and roast the liver cheese slices in it until golden brown on both sides. Cut pretzel roll open and spread with mustard. Rinse and drain the lettuce.
Cut bacon into cubes, fry in a frying pan until crispy and mix into the slaw. Place lettuce leaves and meatloaf on bottom half of bun and spread slaw on top. Cover with the top half of the bun. Clean the radishes and radish, rinse and bring to the table with the rolls.
