For the baked liver dumplings, mince the liver. Cut the onion into small cubes and press the garlic. Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil until golden brown.
Soak the rolls in water and squeeze. Mix the liver, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic and eggs well with your hands. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and marjoram.
Knead well with hands and form dumplings. Let the dumplings rest briefly, then fry them in oil for about 10 minutes. Arrange the baked liver dumplings and serve.
