For the flatbread pizza, prepare a whole wheat bread mix according to package directions, mix in a little salt. Place the dough on an oiled baking sheet and flatten, let rise for about 1 hour.

Spread the tomato sauce on top, sprinkle the chopped ham pieces and the gratin cheese, finally crumble the feta and put it on top.

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with herbs. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 – 20 minutes.
