For the vegetable pizza, first prepare the pizza dough. For this, knead the lukewarm mineral water with the other ingredients well. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in volume.
Knead the dough again by hand and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Gently heat the strained tomatoes and season with oregano and salt. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough. Cut the vegetables into strips and spread them on top as well. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top and bake the vegetable pizza at 200 °C hot air for about 20 minutes.
